Dear circus enthousiasts and friends of Circus Lab Amsterdam (CLA),

We are thrilled to invite you to our Open Training sessions, taking place in our space every Saturday from 15:00 to 18:00, and from November 14th and onwards, also every Thursday from 19.00 to 22.00. These sessions provide an ideal platform to practice and hone your skills in an environment built for creativity and growth.

Facilities and Amenities

• Our space offers:

• 12 to 18 aerial rigging points (6 meters high)

• A variety of floor spaces, both with and without mats

• Big and small crash mats for safety

• A small kitchenette for your convenience

• Wi-Fi and centralized heating

Fee

The participation fee starts at €5 per person.

 

Self-Guided Training

Please note that these sessions are intended for self-guided training. There will be no formal lessons or supervision, so we ask you to use the facilities responsibly and within your own comfort and skill levels.

House Rules

To ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly request that you:

- Bring your own training material or use the silks provided in the gym.
- Help us keep the space clean by tidying up after yourself, including washing and storing used cups, dishes, and water bottles.
- Remove shoes before entering the space.
- Follow the instructions given by the host who is responsible for opening and closing the space, controlling attendance through the booking system, answering visitors' questions, and ensuring the space is left clean and tidy.

We invite you to join our WhatsApp group for the Open Training community where you can connect with others and stay updated with information. You can find Brenda during the open training, she will add you to the group.
